Terms and Conditions (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms By downloading or using the app WiFi Signal Strength, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

2. Pro Version & Subscriptions The App offers a “Pro” version available via In-App Purchase.

• Features: Unlocks the Menu Bar Monitor, History Charts, and additional dashboard features.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

• Restoration: You may restore your purchase on other macOS devices associated with the same Apple ID using the “Restore Purchases” button in the Settings menu.

3. Use of Location Services You acknowledge that the App requires “Location Services” permission solely to access Wi-Fi network details (SSID/BSSID) as mandated by Apple’s macOS operating system. You agree that denying this permission will limit the functionality of the App.

4. Intellectual Property The App itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to [Your Name/Company Name].

5. Limitation of Liability The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the signal strength readings, latency tests, or public IP lookups will always be 100% accurate, as these depend on hardware sensors and external network conditions. We are not liable for any connectivity issues or data loss resulting from reliance on the App’s data.

6. Apple’s Standard EULA This application is subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By using this App, you agree to the terms set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
