WebSnap – Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for WebSnap

By downloading or using the ScreenSnapper app, these terms will automatically apply to you.

### 1. Usage License
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

### 2. Pro Subscriptions
* **Payment:** WebSnap offers a “Pro” subscription (Yearly or Monthly). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
* **Auto-Renewal:** Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
* **Cancellation:** You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
* **Refunds:** All refund requests are handled directly by Apple. We do not have the ability to process refunds personally.

### 3. Intellectual Property
You acknowledge that the source code, design, and content of ScreenSnapper are the intellectual property of Edusoft Ltd and are protected by copyright laws.

### 4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided to you “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Application will meet your requirements or be compatible with any other software, applications, systems, or services.

### 5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Edusoft Ltd be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of data or other information) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Application.

### 6. Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time.
