Welcome to Ulnar Calculator (“App”), provided by Edusoft Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

• The App is free to download but offers optional in-app purchases.
• Payments are processed through the app store provider (Google Play / Apple App Store).
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

5. Content & AI Output

• The App uses AI to transform or analyze text.
• Generated outputs may not always be accurate, reliable, or free of errors.
• You are solely responsible for how you use the generated content.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including software, features, and branding, remain the property of Edusoft Limited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edusoft Limited will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
