1. No Data Collection ClipShot is designed to keep your data private. We do not collect, store, or transmit personal data, screen recordings, or audio recordings to our servers. All video and audio files generated by ClipShot are saved exclusively locally on your Mac.

2. Screen Recording Data When you use ClipShot to record your screen:

• The video and audio processing happens entirely on your device using Apple’s native frameworks (ScreenCaptureKit).

• The resulting file is written directly to the folder you select on your Mac (e.g., your Desktop or Movies folder).

• We (the developers) have no access to these recordings.

3. Data Security Since all recordings remain locally on your device, we have no access to your content. The security of your recordings depends on the security of your own computer. We do not use any third-party analytics services that track your usage or capture your data.

4. Data Sharing We do not share any data with third parties because we do not collect any data. Your recordings are yours alone and never leave your device unless you choose to share them yourself.
