ClipPAL – Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using ClipPAL (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, subject to Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

3. User Responsibilities You are solely responsible for the content you copy and store using ClipPAL. You agree not to use the App for any illegal purposes.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that your data will be perfectly preserved. You use the App at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability In no event shall ClipPAL or its developers be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data or loss of profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the App.

6. Termination This license is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this agreement.

7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the US, excluding its conflicts of law rules.
